You know it's a Monday when...
... you can't quite get your head back into gear but you know there's loads to be done!
Mondays are always super-busy in the office as we pick up things left over from conversations that have taken place at church on Sundays, open the weekend's post and generally start to think about what has to be done next! Today seems to have been even more of a busy start to the week than usual, however.
In the first two hours in the office today, I worked on Christmas trees (that's right - Christmas trees, in September. I think it's what's known as planning ahead!), electricity, finance, rotas, website stuff, Heritage open weekend (coming up this weekend) and a few other things besides.
Noone can say that this is a boring life! |

Totally agree with the Monday feeling!
I was very pleased to read that someone else has been working on Christmas in September :-)
